Communications Coordinator

Having worked with Secretariat previously, Tyler Morrison returns to the organization as their Communications Coordinator. Born and raised in Listuguj, Tyler has always held a passion for the communication landscape and the co-benefits it brings to informing and engaging in First Nation communities – The opportunity to record, archive & highlight a community’s history for the following generations.

With Tyler’s previous contributions to the communications departments in Listuguj & Ugpi’ganjig and further expanding his skills with the Canadian Red Cross working remote and in-person with regional programming and supporting domestic emergency response operations. He’s eager to have returned home to support and progress the organizations goals and mandates, while continuing to grow his competence and passion of the work to protect our Territory and First Nation Rights.

Outside of work, you’ll find Tyler spending time with his Wife Paige & their Dog (Bruce).
