Annual Performance Reviews
Staff performance is an important aspect of the overall success of any organization.
The Operations Unit, led by its Director, is responsible for organizing and carrying out annual performance reviews of most Migmawei Mawiomi Secretariat (MMS) permanent staff.
The Director of Operations may be assisted in this responsibility by the Operations Executive Assistant.
Performance review involves:
- Developing performance objectives based on job descriptions for all permanent positions throughout the MMS
- Advising staff members of these objectives
- Reviewing staff performance on an annual basis
- Preparing written performance reviews
- Sharing reviews with staff in a confidential way
Based on the results of performance reviews, the Director of Operations may arrange supplemental training for staff that will result in higher levels of job quality.
